How are my Bungalow Living purchases shipped?

Currently all purchases are sent through Australia Post with a flat rate of $10 per order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely yes!

Just email info@bungalowliving.com.au for a postage quote.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All parcels are sent from Queensland so depending on where you are located it could take a few days or it could take up to a week if you are located in WA.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently only Australia Post.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently only Paypal. However we are working on adding Credit Card facilities to the website.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

In 4 years of operation Bungalow Living we have had not any problems. All customer information is handled with confidentiality and Australian Privacy Legislation is adhered to at all times.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed on line via the Bungalow Living website or you can email your order to info@bungalowliving.com.au.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All you need to do is send a short email to info@bungalowliving.com.au .

How Can I Return a Product?

At Bungalow Living we realise that purchasing online is a different experience from purchasing from a bricks and mortar store. Returns are accepted from 14 days of purchase. All items are to be posted back (at buyers expense) to Bungalow Living, PO Box 8, Dayboro QLD 4521. Once the items have been received a full refund will be provided.
